What Does Delayed Period Along With Fatigue And Sore Breast Indicate?
Hi, Post marriage, I have got into an irregular menstrual cycle. We are trying for a baby now. I have missed my period considering the regular cycle days, even got an HCG test today but the result is negative. I am having symptoms like sore breasts and fatique. Could I be pregnant? What is the way of finding out?. It would be great if you could help. Thank you

i read your question and understand your concern
i would like to ask that
* your LMP was?
* you did UPT or HCG?
* any sings other than fatigue/sore breast?
if you did your Beta HCG through blood and that came negative than i would tell that your are not pregnant, because Beta HCG is so specific/sensitive test that can detect very early pregnancy if there is any
so i would suggest to just relax and see you doctor for an USG TV(transvaginal) and good luck for future
